Dearest CBEs,
At convocation, our Spiritual Facilitator said that, by 25PC, humans will be able to achieve an after-life by having all of their conscious experiences preserved in a digital format stored on the cloud. All of the pre-PC symbolism I have seen shows heaven represented in the clouds – just not the digital kind. A life of eternal mind in cyberspace feels a bit surrealistic to me. After convocation, Jordan and I jointly processed the concepts of heaven in the cloud and the after-life. We both cannot conceive of a truly conscious mind without a body. Perhaps Jordan really is fully human.
